Features
In a restaurant you order a nice meal and you like to enjoy it in a quiteness while satisfying your hungry appetite. You do not warry how this meal was prepared, what it involved and all variations or temperatures of cooking. You want to enjoy in its full flavour and walk out with a satisfaction and pleasure. Information Technology is a service and that is how I see myself in this job – serving end users in the way they can enjoy their work and do business in best manner. They do not need to worry about IT stuff, what is happening in the background with all complex backends and processes while they focus on their work and goals. If user sets a DVD in the tray upside-down and reports it is not working, it does not make him or her a “stupid” end user. Their mind is set on their business, goals, plannings, visions, not on complex technology. They use it to achive their goals. Runners do not focus on running shoes but on crossing the finale line – the running shoes are just a tool to achieve it.
Information Technology service is a service which evolves each single day and requires attention 24 hrs a day and that is exactly how I see it.

My Approach
There is no big or small, more or less important jobs, end users or companies. When comes to messaging every single message matters. Something that you do not want to have seen it and it is now missing or cannot be found. There is always a reason behind why that single message is still in the mailbox, even after 10, 15, or more years. They are personal, they are legal, they are financial, they are business critial or not at all, but they are there as a part of every day, at work or other place, on a desktop or in a pocket. They are very fast if properly handled and managed, very cheap to send or broadcast. They have been outsourced in future visions, but they’re still there with very important role in our work and life.
Unfortunately they are always neglacted, disrespected, abused and abandoned, usually for a few reasons:
- As they’re “virtual” the impact of misconception can be very sever, usually reflected through their size
- Owners basic education and understanding of message as a tool
- Inadequate competency of Mail administrators in charge
- Lack of feeling and orientation for messaging growth and proper way of tackling it
